Core Responsibilities
Personnel Management: Overseeing recruitment, posting, promotion, discipline, retirement, and other establishment matters.
Capacity Building: Driving ongoing training and development programs for Ministry staff.
Facility Operations: Managing the day-to-day administration of the Ministry, including the maintenance of office facilities and management of utility services.
Public Relations: Handling internal and external information dissemination and public relations activities.
Official Liaison: Serving as the central focal point for official correspondence and liaison with State and Federal Government institutions, as well as other relevant organizations.

Open Registry
This unit is responsible for the standard receipt, dispatch, routing, and systematic filing of the Ministry’s general administrative correspondence and official documents.
Secret Registry
This unit handles the highly secure processing, storage, and management of classified, sensitive, and confidential government communications and personnel records
